How long will it take to complete my order?

I know how hard it can be to wait for your order, so under normal circumstances, my turnaround time is only 1-3 business days. This does not include shipping time. During holidays and busy seasons production may take 5-7 business days.

Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, transit times and customs processing are outside my control.

How will my item be packaged?

I package each jewelry piece in a cute little gift box with a ribbon, so you can give it to the recipient as is, saving you the need to wrap it up! If you include a gift message, I will print it on a nice little card and include it with your gift.

What if I need my item right away? Do you offer rush delivery?

Most of the time I offer an upgrade to rush delivery that includes one day processing time and express shipping. Occasionally this is unavailable if I am out of town or unable to complete the orders in one day.

What is your policy on returns & exchanges?

I can only accept returns on non-personalized items, You must contact me within 7 days. Buyer pays return shipping. I cannot accept returns on personalized. However, please contact me within 7 days of delivery if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason so I can make it right. If I make a mistake I will exchange the item and cover return shipping. I really want you to love your item!

International Shipping

I happily ship worldwide using USPS international services.

Delivery times vary by destination:

  • First-Class International: typically 2–4 weeks (occasionally longer)

  • Priority Mail International: typically 6–10 business days

Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing in your country.

  • Customs delays are outside our control and are not considered lost packages.

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or fees required by their country.

I am unable to mark packages as gifts or alter customs values.
