Option 1:

Replacement or Backup Chain

Need a longer chain, a different style, or just an extra? Choose your chain style and we’ll ship it directly to you.

Send back your necklace to have a ring added.

Some necklaces require us to add rings or charms in-studio. Purchase this option, follow the instructions, and mail your necklace to us. We’ll take care of the rest.

Purchase a name ring, charm, or bracelet strap - add it yourself

This is only for necklaces and bracelets where the ring or charm goes directly onto the chain. Do not select Option 3 if your necklace is pictured under Option 2.
